Update on expedition request :)

My PD is may 15, 2017
Biomerteics june 8, 2017
Got job offer and decided to make an expedition request ..
expedition request 7/25/2017
Get an email requesting the job offer to be faxed to them 7/27/2017
I faxed the job offer the same day 7/27/2017
I contacted my congressman for this expedition request it did on 7/31/2017
He get back to me and saied he contacted the uscis on 8/1/2017 and we have to wait one week for any response.
Waiting ....
i contacted my congressman again to follow up with him on 8/7/2017
He contacted uscis again 8/7/2017
He got this email from them 8/9/2017 and send it to me :

Form: I-765

As it states in the email above, your case has been identified for expedited processing. If you do not hear from the National Benefits Center in a timely manner feel free to contact me here again and I will inquire as to the status of your case. I do hope this is helpful information.

Does this mean the expedition request was approved ? Or they are reviewing my case and there is no decision yet ???

Case is being reviewed, and a decision will soon be made and conveyed to you. Having said that, you should treat this as a positive sign (the fact that they are looking to make a decision on your case soon).
