Hey there,
I'm about to receive a green card after adjustment of status (it's "new card is being produced" now).
Circumstances are changed a little bit and they want me to work at another company (located in the different state) of the same owner, basically just transferred within holding.
Will it be considered a violation if we do that?
If yes, do I have to be physically present in that state where my petition was filed or I can be employed in that state but work remotely from where I live now?
Also, do USCIS immigration officers actually visit sites to check green card holders or only H1/L1/R1 as stated on the website?
