  • Initial evidence

    Hello everyone
I have a little problem I would need help with please
    I have submitted I485 and i765
Yellow paper came in today from USCIS asking for initial evidences:
    * you have submitted secondary evidence and/or a birth affidavit as proof of the applicant's birth records. However the evidence you submitted is insufficient, i don't know what that mean, what they asking?

*my joint sponsor doesn't meet the poverty guidelines, submit evidence of assets, ...
If you decide to obtain a joint sponsor they will need to... i can find another joint sponsor to replace the previous one?

*Submit all supporting tax documents (w2, 1099, form2555 and all supporting tax schedules) submitted to the IRS for the most recent tax year

Those are the three points the USCIS sent me,
    I am not understanding it,
I will highly appreciate your help
    And what are my options?
    Thanks

On the first issue about the birth

You submitted an affidavit of a birth certificate instead of an original one. The affidavit you submitted is not good enough. They want an original birth certificate.
Is there a reason why you did not send an original birth certificate of the applicant?

On the second issue. Yes, you need to find a new joint sponsor who meets the required poverty guide lines. And when you find one fill the form and include all supporting documents of the joint sponsor that they require. For example W2s and tax transcripts.
