I need help i received a yellow paper from uscis

Hi,my beautiful people. USCIS,got my paperwork on the 13th of July and i received the NOA on the 18th of July and did my bio-metrics on the 9th of August. I received a yellow paper Request for Initial Evidence(I-485),amongst the documents i submitted i missed submitting the Form I-130a (Supplemental Information for Spousal Beneficiary,from the spouse beneficiary. I instead submitted the old G FORMS for me and my wife.

My question is this,am about to fill the form I-130a and send to USCIS. The first page on the form is asking for an Alien Registration Number. Do i put in the (A-number) on the yellow letter OR just leave that column blank??

Please,i need an urgent reply from you guys. Thanks.
