Applying to I-485 while I-130 pending

Hi, I am a student here with J-1. I applied for I-130 becuse of my wife is lawfull and have US kids. Can I apply to I-485 and still in US during my waiting for I-130 approval and 2 years removal process?

It's hard to understand what you're saying. What is your wife's status? Is she a US citizen? Is she a US permanent resident (if so, did you guys marry before or after she became a permanent resident)? Is she applying for a green card?
