How Long? COR case granted.

The judge granted my COR case in March. I have a letter proving this. I am yet to receive my green card. I went to the infopass appointment last month and the IO said that they did not receive my files from the courts regarding my case and they put in an inquiry. I havent received my green card since. I called USCIS this morning to inquire about my green card again and the IO told me the same thing...he didnt have any files from the courts regarding my case. Im freaking out! Where do i go from here? I am also so frustrated.

Also, i got laid off a week ago, im i qualified to file for unemployment even though i physically dont have my green card? Ive been legally employed using my work authorization card for the past 2 years.

unemployment is insurance. i dont think you have to have status to get it
