Hi all,
Need your suggestion on this. Would really appreciate the same.
I have a EB3 GC ( INDIA) case with a priority date of Nov 30 2006. According to the current Visa bulletin & predications my EB3 date could become current in Sep/Oct 2017.
Meanwhile my employer started a new GC PERM case under EB2 where my PERM was approved in June 10 2017. Now i am in the process of applying I-140 on my EB2 case in premium processing. If everything goes well my I-140 will be applied in next 2 weeks and might get approval for my I-140 by mid Sep.
My confusion is since i am very near to my EB3 cutoff ( Sep/OCT) becoming current do i need to hold off on applying my I-140 in EB2 and wait for 2 months for my EB3 to become current or go with my I-140?
I don't want cause any confusion with both my EB3 becoming current and my new EB2 I-140 is also approved and there is some conflict..
