Hi Everyone !
I Gujarat ( India ) My family based immigrant file is in process since 1991. Our current date is gone but still now we do not received visa interview call.
Our case is under F4 Category,
Our petitioner’s died and than after my sister’s son as a substitute submit their all the documents, but still last two years we are waiting for our visa interview call,
We are in continuously contact with NVC office, we get last reply from NVC office and in it mention as under :
“Your inquiry has been received at the NVC, The Petitioner must file an Affidavit of support ( Form I-864), regardless of the petitioner’s income level.”
Also mentioned Case Number : BMB Number
Petitioner’s Name :
Beneficiary Name ;
Prefernce Category : F4
Priority Date : 14 JUN 1991
We are unable to know that when we submit the death certificate of main Petitioner’s, so why in every letter they mention main petitioner’s name.
We are only know our BMB No and when ever we go to case status search page at NVC website we fill BMB Number, each time we find error in Number, so if you have any other information about our case status or link related to find out our case status with BMB No, please give me that link, It will be very great help for us.
