RFE sent today but worried

Hello all..i replied my Request for Initial Evidence to submit my I-130a and sent it out via UPS on Tuesday August 15th this year. It got delivered 10am today in this address 850 NW CHIPMAN RD,LEES SUMMIT MO 64063.

This is what the tracking says

My question is when do USCIS get back to me that they saw the reply i sent to them and why was it left at the DOCK.

Thank you,i just received bunch of text messages telling me to check my status online and my status has been updated to Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received. So,the waiting continues...
