No updates since EAD and AP were approved. I checked 500 cases around my case number it looks like they haven't been updated for over a month either.

PD: 08/30/2017
11/14/2017, I-765 status was changed to "New card is being produced".
11/16/2017, I-765 status was changed to "Card was Mailed To Me".
11/18/2017, Approval notices were received in mail for I-765 and 1-131. they would be valid for one year.
11/20/2017, Combo card was delivered.
09/06/2018, EAD renewal was received.
09/17/2018, Fingerprint Review was completed.
11/19/2018, Interview was scheduled. -

Hello Everyone,
I applied by my self in August, it was received on the 25th. Unfortunately i only discovered this forum after i had submitted, so i made a few mistakes like passport photographs ,and the wrong eligibility category. So my i765 was rejected, and i re submitted Sep 25th. So i guess i am both an August and September filer( lol) .Got an rfie because i omitted the i131A and submitted Oct 5.
So far i have received my travel document, but no Ead.
Zero updates on my status, still says finger print fee received ( like everyone else )
Notice for interview. Jan 31st

Received RFE: Sept 1
Since then nothing! Contacted congressman to get updates, said its all settled at NBC level just waiting on New Orleans! Anyone else waiting for New Orleans???Comment

A congress person is your/USC's representative in the federal government. There is 1 congress person for every district, by entering your mailing address in the site below you can find out that 1 person in congress out of 535 that can help you. They usually have a website where they offer to help with getting information from a federal agency, not necessarily a favorable outcome but some/any update from the federal agency in this case the USCIS. I just contacted mine today and expect to hear from one of their staff soon to sign any privacy paprework needed for them to officially send a letter to the USCIS requesting an update.Originally posted by Tiffanyy2 View Post

If your case status is beyond the normal processing time you can ask for help with getting status on your case. One of their staff members will be in touch with you and he/she will then ask you to either come in to sign a privacy release form or email it to you. Once you complete that step then you wait for them to contact the USCIS on your behalf. From what I read on this forum they usually get a better/detailed response, so good luck!Originally posted by Tiffanyy2 View Post

Since you are august filler I would think approval notice should be received next week or so . But its not one hundred percent you know with USCIS you just never knowComment
