Nice to meet you! I'm non-USC petitioner married to USC spouse. We submitted I-130, I-485 and I-765 to USCIS Chicago Lockbox without any help from a lawyer. Case numbers start with MSC.

Fingerprint fee accepted: 8/10/2017
Received I-797C in the mail: 8/17/2017

Am starting this thread for august concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864, I-131.

I am from NYC

* Filed my application through USPS on 08/15.
* Delivered on 08/20 in CHICAGO, IL 60680.

After that no updates yet . Still waiting for updates.

I have 2 Questions:

1) Form for Affidavit of Support , has been expired on 31st of July, 2017 (which is written on right upper corner). Did all of you used that same form? USCIS didn't update this form on their website as rest of them are updated.

2) According to new instruction for I-485, we don't need to send Bio-metric Form along with I-485. Did all of you send it or not?

For the affidavit of support I did use the app available on the uscis website. As far as the I-485, if you use the new form I believe you don't need to send the biographical app, but if you use the old one then you do. Only thing is cut off for using old version ends tomorrow if I remember correctly.

My appointment date is 9/8 but I walked in today because I am travelling out of state for 2 weeks and didn't want to change my flight tickets.

My wife has filed the AOS based on marriage. We mailed the application on Wednesday, 23rd August and was received in Chicago the next day. You mentioned in your timeline that you got a receipt for your I-765 and I-130, did you get a SMS or via email. Asking this coz i still haven't received any notification as yet as some people got it the very next day.

4)Received I797C on 08/21/2017
5) Received Bio metrics notice on 08/25/2017
6) Bio metrics on 09/05/2017 (waiting for the day eagerly )

I have been following this forum for a while and here is my timeline.
I am a US Citizen petitioning for my husband who overstayed his visa.

Married:5/14/17
Mailed applications to USCIS Chicago Lockbox: 8/7/17
Applications received by USCIS: 8/8/17
Fingerprint fee accepted: 8/11/17
Received text notifications: 8/14/17
I-797C for 4 applications mailed to me: 8/15/17
Received I-797C in mail: today 8/19/17

Feeling pretty pumped, although I know it's taking time. I do live in Houston, Texas and did the filing myself without assistance from a lawyer. My package was sent to the National Benefits Center from Chicago Lockbox.

My husband had his biometrics appointment yesterday, 9/6/2017. Now to wait for the EAD

Here is mine:

08/30/2017 packages were delivered.
09/06/2017 received four emails and texts about receipts of 4 forms(the emails were sent very late last night and I got notifications from bank several hours later )
EDIT: My husband did not file G1145 form for I130 (i.e., he is the petitioner) but I still got the email and text.
