Hello Amir,

Can you share more details of your case. Mine is an AOS and am married to a US citizen. My PD is 24th August and do you think the next step is an interview date? I had my biometrics around 2 weeks ago.

How was d biometric centre,did u do a walk in or u went there on ur schedule date,any news about ur EAD..
Am asking bcos am schedule for biometric on the 10/13..will do a walk in on 10/04....i wish u all d best in ur interview n ill be waiting to hear how its goes..tnks

My case is the same. on F1 visa and married to a US citizen. I think the next step is supposed to be EAD card but apparently if you live in a state where not a lot of people file, you might get the interview date first. Hopefully you will hear some good news soon.

I went on my scheduled date for biometric. I haven't received my EAD yet but it usually takes 3 months to get the card and my interview is in less than 3 months after the PD.

Tnks..Amir..I jus went in at Charlotte application support center..and d lady said I can v my biometric rite dia..lucky me I had my papers wit me...Thank God I got my biometric done...

We filed at the end of July and case was received on Aug 1st; biometrics done in August in Oakland; I think my file is at the NBC but to be honest I'm pretty confused with all the different locations. My AOS has been ready for interview for a little while now but no news other than that. I'm a little worried because I haven't seen my family in 2 years and really wanted to spend Xmas there .

I do know it can't be done in less than 2 months and it's normal to wait but having no news at all is a bit stressful.

Does the fact that I'm ready for interview mean that I won't receive a RFE?

How about not getting the EAD or the interview and your PD is 6/5? 4 months and nothing. Now that is frustrating. And I have not seen my country in over 16 years. Call your congressman/congresswoman and talk to them.

Hello August filers,

Any movement for any of you guys?I've read the forum and few guys from July have got their EAD's and a few have been scheduled for interviews already.

My PD is 24th August and Biometrics done on 18th September.

I'm sure we will start getting news by next week.

I checked 500 cases around my case number. No updated since 09/28/2017. Some cases got RIE on 09/26, 09/27, or 09/28.

USCIS website but I am sure he just changed the last few digits.
