My dates are identical to yours with a PD of 8/24 and raised a case inquiry on 11/07. It still shows up as not assigned for my EAD. Did your status change on the website? Coz not too sure they update it. I haven't signed up for the sms alerts unfortunately.

My PD was 8/24/17 and I summit a inquiry status on 11/8/17, my EAD was approved and ordered on 11/9/17.

I140 filed by company and i485 by spouse

Hi All,
My company filed for I-140 which is still pending approval from USCIS. Last Month I also filed i485 and i130 with my spouse. My question is if I should be informing my employer about this? Do they care?

Sorry I just searched some cases. one case(I-765) was updated to "New card is being produced" today!

Yes probably from yesterday the system doesn't make the case update right away so sometimes appears the next. Veterans Day is a federal holiday so USCIS is off for the day.

Same thing here! I raised an SR for my I-765 on 10/23 (day 76). The expected reply is supposed to be 11/14. But it still says "not assigned". I don't think it is going to be assigned. So my plan is to wait out next week just in case my I-765 is close to being processed. If nothing happens, then I'll be contacting my congressman and ombudsman.

New Card being Produced!!!!!!!

Finallyyyyyy! Got a mail and text that new EAD card is being produced. Have a PD of 08/24 and raised a case inquiry on day 75 to check on the progress and after 3 days got a message today morning. Highly recommend doing that post day 75. I still don't have any interview dates as yet but don't really care as long i can start working.


Total 78 days from PD to EAD card being produced.

Thank you! 485 still says fingerprint fee received and that hasn't changed since the beginning. Quick question - they send this card via priority mail right? Hoping to get it by next week to apply for my ssn and get it before the thanksgiving holidays.

Yes priority mail if you are registered with informed delivery you will be able to track it all the way .
Usually takes a week to receive and SSN can take up to two weeks but usually a week
