Our I-130 got approved, do I have an approved visa automatically?

My wife and I got married 2 years ago and we filed I-130 a few months ago. We finally got the notice of action (approval) a couple days ago. now we want to apply for I-485. My question is, does an approved I-130 give me and approved visa immediately? or do I get it after I apply for I-485? I Live in the united state and my wife is a US citizen.
