October Filing
Hello all,
So here's my situation with my case:
11/3/16: I130 and I485 concurrently (through marriage) were received by USCIS
11/12/16: Received Biometrics appointment letter to appear for biometrics on 11/30/16
Haven't heard anything since then and I mean nothing not even a single RFE.
6/19/17: Filed service request to see what the hell was going on. Supposedly when you file concurrently your case gets sent to your local field office, which in my case is Salt Lake City.
6/30/17: Received service request response stating: "Your case is still pending. At this time we anticipate you should receive decision or notice from USCIS within 90 days of this notice."
Today I called again even though it hadn't been 90 days because I wanted to know where my physical case/paperwork is and they told me it's at the NBC after telling me two months ago it gets sent to Salt Lake City's field office.
Anyone in the same boat or can offer any advice? Thanks!
