Helping with new form i485

I got my Priority day for my new form I485 on 09/08/2017. There is a question in Part 8, question 17. It asked if I have ever violated the terms or conditions of my nonimmigrant status. I have my active I-20 and expired visa F1 so I said No. Should it be a right answer for my situation. In addition, if I am out of status right now, should I change my answer later about this question ?. Thank you if anyone can give me some suggestions
