I have many questions regarding this forms the i have already filled out.
    on I-485 questions :
23.b. Expiration Date of Authorized Stay shown on Form I-94

(i dont know what they are asking here if they are asking for the old I-94 i have which is already expired H4 visa this is the visa that i have when i first entered the united states and stayed in the country since then, after that i change F-1 visa. i am not sure if they are asking for the new I-94 that i have which is on a Student visa and the expiration date is now on Duration of Status "D/S".)

23.c Status on form I-94( for example, Class of admission, or paroled, if paroled)
Again i am not sure what they are asking here if my old H4 visa when i firsr came here or my current one which is F-1

Part 8 General eligibility and inadmissibility Grounds
Do i have to check everything and not leave any blank answer?
    for example is questions:

If you answered yes to item number 24.a complete item number 24.b-24.c. if you answered no then skip to 25
(my answer is no to 24.a should i leave 24.b and 24.c blank or should i check no?
24.b Have you complied with the foreign residence requirement? yes or no

24.c Have you been granted a waiver or has a depratment of state issued a favorable waiver recommendation letter for you? yes or no

(i am not sure if i am allowed to leave a blank on it or if i should answer everything

63.b. If you answer to item number 63.a is yes, do you believe you had reasonable cause? (i put blank on this)

"Please tell me what i am missing. If i have forms missing please tell me i am not sure what else to have. please check also if all the requirements are met on each forms" i really need someones help and i hope i can be of help to someone when they see this forum.

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

    Forms Expiration Date on Forms:
The expiration date doesn't matter. What matters for whether it is accepted is the edition date, which is on the bottom left of each page. Multiple editions can have the same expiration date, but only some editions are accepted

You also need lots of various types of evidence of bona fide marriage when petitioning a spouse.

Also don't forget the fee of $535.

It is also recommended that you file I-131 for Advance Parole. Like the EAD, it is free.

leave it blank if 63a was no

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

23.c Status on form I-94( for example, Class of admission, or paroled, if paroled)
Again i am not sure what they are asking here if they are pertaining to my old H4 visa when i first came here or my current one which is F-1

If put F-1 on question 23.c the next question they are asking is "what is my current status?" i put F-1 on that also
its confusing as i thought they were asking on question 23.c is the status that i have when i first got here which is H4
why is this so confusing..... they cant ask a question and be straight forward and specific

The H-4 I-94 is no longer valid, because you changed status and were granted a new I-94.

Class of admission for a spouse of American Citizen for I-131

Hello, somehow I don't see the Post a New Topic button, so I have to write it here. I'm a US Citizen, Married a Tourist (B1/B2) , now I completed almost all forms for my wife but the last one really confusing me. I 131 Part 1 question 6 - Class Admission Code for my spouse. One thing is I-131 Instructions doesn't say anything about it, and another- it's not clear whether they asking her Current admission Code for a Tourist or the one we're applying for ? Please Help ASAP! Thank you!
