Harvey effect! Bio-metrics appointment With DL and passport copy works?

I'm in Houston and my appointment is on this Wed (08/30)

Because of Harvey effect, 100% thunderstorm and rain until Wed

Not sure they will open, or re-schedule my appointment.

If they open and my bank didn't open. Then my passport will be locked in safe box and I have only my driving license and passport copy.

Is that good enough?

Please clarify!

I only have to show my driver's license and the biometrics appointment letter.

Yes you should be fine, the letter says picture id. I also live in Houston as of right now the local Houston office is not closed. I saw that locations in other parts of Texas are, but not the local one. Good luck!

Yes, all Houston offices closed and re-opening on 5'th Sep. Waiting again for reschedule update.
