Request for additional documents after the interview.. please advise

Hello,

I did the interview on Friday 8/25/17. Today, I received the letter requesting for the additional documents as the officers mention in the interview.
The officer requested for I-20 that my wife transfer from one to another school, and "one" of the credit card statement.

Should I provide ONLY what the officer asked for or should I provide an ADDITIONAL documents (ex. other 3 credit cards statement we use)??

Background:
My wife and I use the same wallet that I am the owner of the account, but I added her as a authorized user.
I don't carry mine, I only carry her, just because, there is no reason.
I don't spend her money, we spend our money, but it seems like I used her Credit Card to pay for everything (but I am the owner of the account).
She is forgetful, so she doesn't have her wallet. I keep all of the important document including her ID in my wallet (We go every where together, even at work.)

The way we manage the budget might be weird to officer.

Yes, send all statements.
Yes get all I-20s and send them.
I have a very good feeling that they need all the paperwork they requested so that your folder is complete and they will send the green card. You are good.

Which office we're you'll interviewed at?
What questions did they ask?

Why do they need your wife's I20. Does it mean that your wife should keep her nonimmigrant status until she gets a green card?

No it does not mean that.
Most officers want you to have all previous paperwork that you did before AoS in your folder and if you are F1 they need the i-20 copies just to keep on record. In status or out of status.
