Just wondering if anyone knows what all these updates in my case history mean.
Requested a SR about 2 weeks ago, on the 18th got an email asking to fax documents, faxed the same day. On the 18th got three updates:
Case assigned to officer
We sent a response to your request
Request was completed
Nothing for 11 days. Today, 2/3 previous updates got erased, and as of today, august 29, new update but it says again that case is assigned to an officer, just with a different date. Down below under next steps it says: your request is on hold while we request your case file.
Talked to customer service and tier 2 officers and no one is telling me anything... really pressed for time and at least want to know if these updates are good news or I'm going to be waiting a lot longer.
