where to find passport number?

On form I-485 part one section 15 is asks for passport number used at last arrival. I have a picture of my passport (because my passport is with ICE) and i don't know which number is exactly the passport number. is it the one on the bottom right of the passport? or is it the I-94 number?

Also another couple of questions. do I need original birth certificates? should a traffic class c misdemeanor charge for no insurance be mentioned? I read that traffic tickets don't need to be mentioned.

passport number position might change according with the passport issued country. I94 number will be on your visa page. You don't need original birth certificate while sending documents but you need the original during interview. If you do not have birth certificate you need to get a document from birth registration department stating they don't have your record and 2 affidavits mostly from Parents if not relatives stating they were present during the time of your birth. No, you don't need to mention traffic tickets.
