My wife filed and was approved for an AOS however the USPS sent her green card to the wrong address, (it's lost forever) so my question is, should I file the I-90 before the infopass appointment (to get the I551) or wait until I have the infopass appointment first then file i90? I am in a bit of a time crunch as her current temp card is set to expire in 2 months. I'm trying to avoid paying for a replacement green card that I never received. Should I file I90 now or do the infopass appointment first that I have set for 10 days from now? Thanks so much!
