L1A visa to Green Card (I485 received in August 2016) + processing time ?
Hello Everyone,
The Nebraska Service Center received our I485 on August 21, 2016, and our case has been pending since that date.
My Husband is under a L1A Visa and I am under a L2.
The processing time on USCIS website says they are already working on the cases they received in November 2016.
I called the USCIS, they sent a request to the Nebraska Service Center, but I was wondering if someone was also in this situation ?
For people who got their Green Cards from a L1A Visa, how long did it take before you were approved ?
