  • GC approved in 2 months since BIO

    Hi all,

Among interview waivers (especially Eb categories), are there many people who got a GC notification in 2 months since finger printhing was done given that I-140 was concurrently filed with premium processing? That's equivalent to around 3 months since I-485 was received.

I have 2 friends who had this rematkable processing speed but that's last year with Texas Service Center. I read 2 posts here similar cases among June 2017 filers.

I've got an job offer from other company but want to finish this GC process with current sponsor. Otherwise I have to redo all process with my new employer, which I want to avoid.

Please leave a message if you guys have seen this particular cases. Eb2 (interview waiver), I-140 approved with premium processing, from package reception to approval of GC around 3 months, from finger print to approval about 2 months.

    Thak you.

I doubt it -- mandatory interviews soon

I would be surprised if you got your green card soon. Starting October 1st there will be mandatory interviews for all employment based green cards. USCIS does not have capacity to process the tens of thousands of extra cases, so expect a dramatic slow down in all processing centers.
