AOS through U-Visa
Hello Everyone,
I applied for adjustment of status after holding a U-Visa for 3 years. Here is my timeline:
- AOS Application sent: 11/07/2016
- AOS received by USCIS: 01/10/2017
- Biometrics Appointment: 02/24/2017
- RFE Request: 08/02/2017
- RFE response sent to USCIS: 08/22/2017
My online case status still has not updated to say they received my RFE response. Anyone in the same situation? Please share your experience.
