Due to the RFE, your timeline got pushed, so now consider 8/13 as your new PD date. In general, USCIS is backlogged. My PD is 6/5, biometrics 6/28, no RFE and I have heard nothing regarding my EAD or interview. I submitted a case inquiry on 9/2. Will receive a response 9/24, hopefully.
