Hi all, i'm more tham ready for the interview but i have 1 doubt that keeps bothering me, my birth certificate and my health insurrance summary are both in spanish, although they were issued in new york therefore my lawyer said there's no need to translate those 2 documents, is that truth? I don't want any headaches at my interview, also can anyone confirm if my wife(sponsor) should bring her original birth certificate to the interview(she can't find it) should we trash down the house and find it or is not rly mandatory? Thanks in advance

Documents in a foreign language should be translated. I am not sure what you mean they were "issued in New York". If you were born abroad, how can your birth certificate be issued in New York?
Your wife (the petitioner)'s birth certificate is not necessary except as one possible proof of US citizenship, but if it's for that, there are other accepted proof of US citizenship, e.g. an unexpired US passport.
This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

Go there, upload the document, indicate it's for translation, choose prefered pricing( told you I did the cheapest and they still sent it to me within the same day yet that price was to take like 2 days or so before they worked in it) and you should be good.
Good luck.

Hm just had the weirdest interview ever, the io only asked my wife questions about me, how did we meet, where, how has been being married to him, since when we've known rach other, why/when did you decided to live together, when you got married, then he asked her to explain better how we meet because she was vague on that answer and thrm he asked me how has it been being married to her and i replied good and them he asked me all the yes or no questions, he gave me back ead, passports and marriage certificate and gave me a letter that points "case is being held for review" and said "you have any questions for me? Then asked us to wait for about 2 minutes outside the room and them said ok have a good day, should i be worried that he didn't asked me any questions? I've seen many cases here and never read about only 1 person being asked all the questions, i mean, i know she answered correctly but how will he know if he dont match questions asked to me and her.

when are you eligible to apply for I751 ? And if that is approved, when are you going to be eligible to apply for N400?
I am asking bc I am in almost same situation as you, my interview is in few weeks and tbh I worry a lot, like everyone else here :-)
