interview was completed and my case must be reviewed

I wonder if anyone experienced this before. My interview (St. Paul, MN) went well. But it's been 100 days, I haven't received anything. The case status online still says 'Your case must be reviewed'.

I'm so worried now.. Should I make an info pass appointment?
