Hello guys, and sorry if this question has been asked/answered before but couldn't really find something on it.
My question is, on Part 3. (Information About Yourself), first question is "Have you ever applied for an immigrant visa to obtain permanent resident status at a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate abroad?"
My mother (a U.S Permanent Resident) filed the form I-130 petitioning for me when i was of 20 years old, but while the form was being processed i become 21 years of age, meaning that i wasn't qualified for a Visa of an immediate relative, so instead, i was put on a waiting list for my visa to be issued. I have never filed an I - 485 before though, but now i am filing one since my spouse is petitioning for me (I-130)
So in that question, would my answer be "NO" or "YES"?
