140 days after interview, no decision yet

Hello,

I wonder if anyone experienced this recentlu. My interview (St. Paul, MN) went well on Apr. 10. It's been 140 days, I haven't received anything. The case status online still says 'Your case must be reviewed'.

I'm so worried now.. Should I make an info pass appointment? or I need to contact congressman?

Make an info pass. Talking to them in person might help if that doesn't do it then contact your Congress person.

Put in a service request online at https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do. Here you can choose the reason for your request (in your cause, outside of normal processing time) and fill in your information. You will get an email saying by X date you will receive a response from them. This will "force" them to do something about your case. I just entered a service request this morning.

I had interview on 10th July 17. They requested a document after two days after interview and I sent two weeks back. Still now its showing must be reviewed notice in online status. I am also worried what's going on...
