  • need opinion on sponsrship

i filed for 1-485 and my spouse filled 1-864, however we got a letter that we should submit all of the requested information below or the application will be denied. this is because her previous w2 did not meet the required money to sponsor but her current job pays more so we added some pay stubs and submitted it with the previous request document.

the petitioner list their current income on form 1-864 as an amount to be considered, however no evidence of petitioner income has been submitted. such evidence include: pay stub for the previous 6 months
    evidence of other income
    letter of employment
the second part of the letter says submit evidence or asset or obtain a joint sponsor.
we currently have a joint sponsor.

the question is do we still need to submit the pay stub and the other things when we now using a joint sponsor or just submit only the joint sponsor and ignore the requested pay stub since we adding a joint sponsor. thank you. paul

Yes you need to submit all the documents asked for the petitioner even if she does not meet the poverty line and even if you have a joint-sponsor.

    DO NOT ignore any requests!!!

On top of that make sure you also send sufficient evidence of the joint sponsor or they will be asking for joint sponsors stubs again.
