75th with no response EAD

Hey guy!
Today is my 75th with no response on my case. What should I do?
- SR online or by phone?
- or should I call to level 2 or my congrasman (by the way, I have no idea how to contact them, if someone know how to do it, please let me know!! I’m in San Diego, CA)

I dont think congressman will help now . Its not 90 days yet
Try putting in a SR when I did it on sunday it got approved on tuesday which was like the 78th day.

Received EAD/AP card today. So fast took one day from card in production to shipping and being here in my mailbox.

Did SR on a sunday online which was my day 75.
Then monday nothing and according to approval letter approved on that tuesday so day 77. I cant say if it helped or not but I guess?!

Doing mine tomorrow, do you think theres any difference submitting online or over the phone? I know them level 1 officers arent the best, so was thinking of asking for a level 2 to submit, however if its all the same probably easier tp just to online myself

Yesterday was my 76day I put a call through d 1st tier got me scared dat my timeline will start all over again from wen I submitted my RFIE.,so i told her I'll like to talk a 2nd tier officer..she wanted to decline but I insisted.. lucky for me I got a nice guy who attended to me, he Neva mentioned my RFIE,told him why needed my EAD,and he said I should hold on for 5mins..to see wat e can do.after a while e told I shld expt a mail in 5working days and follow d instructions..am at DAY 1 waiting...if u wan ask for ur status insist on talking to a 2nd tier officer...

Technically the Tier 1 officer was correct about the RFIE resetting your timeline but I hope you get your EAD in a reasonable amount of time.

Because theyre not updating online statuses , its behind...if you just waited, im sure you didnt need SR at all..my status is still not changed and ive had the EAD card for a week now...

Haha yes its funny but also interesting truly a new language . And I guess way faster then writing oit all the words. I am just sitting here and speaking it out loud to get an idea, sounds so silly.

Buuuut I got you the second time now sooo.
The level two said wait out a reply in next 5 days so basically wait another week and call in again to put in another request . You can only wait now

Now I get wat u guys are worried abt,it's a shorten of words..cos way back while I was still back home,u v jus 145 alphabet to send SMS from ur fone..cos each text msg cost money,so people find a way to utilise d 145 alphabets in jus a text msg,and u know wat..several times I made silly mistakes on official letter..so sorry for dat...but u guys CLD try [email protected]'ll wait and if nothing..I'll put a call on d 5th [email protected] it..it's fun
