September Submissions - Concurrent Application (I-130,I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864)

For me, I did not get any RFE. PD is 9/19/17. The Level 2 officer ask me to wait till end of month. I'm praying it comes before then. Did you ask him to make a SR? I made one online, but no update still.

My PD was 09/15, on 11/30 was my 76th day and I submitted an online SR.
I did not receive good news until now, as some people had received after one week of raised an SR, unfortunately.
I'm really needing my social number, for my husband included me in his health insurance.
Last week, on 12/08 I called to tier 2 office and tried to explain my situation, they said that they could not do anything, and I had to wait they analyse my case, and also the 75th process that they mention on case time is about the time they have to respond that they received the case, not that they finalized the process, and have some process that takes 1 year to receive the EAD.
Also, he said that the MSC is analyzing cases received by Aug, 2nd and my case would be in 3 / 4 weeks to be analyzed. What I don't believe because some Septembers applicants already received their EAD.
So, I just deleted my case tracker app haha and decided to be surprised when the letter get in my mail hahahahaha

my PD is 9/15, made an online SR for I-765 on 12/5 (81st day), the email confirmation said to expect a reply by 12/27. Online status for I-485, I-765 and I-131, all still only show "we have received your application...". Though I guess, by now we all know that the online status is not very useful.

On the 91st day(which is 12/15) will probably make an SR for I-131 as well.

So....keeping my fingers crossed as well.

So I just got off the phone with 2 level officer....was inquiring about my RFE documents which were delivered and signed for on 11/20. Apparently they do not send any confirmation when they receive those....so I guess in this case the rule "no news are good news" also applies..My status still says "On November 2, 2017, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status" but the officer told me that my case is ready and waiting to be scheduled for interview (YAY!!)....seems like the online status is just not working very well.

On the down side....he would not let me expedite my i-765 as I need a documented reason of a "serious circumstances"....so I guess that the fact that one hasn't been working for 4 months and could use another income...eventhough we are not starving....is not enough to expedite the case. He also informed me that right now the National Benefits Center (where my papers are) is currently processing cases from July 4, 2017...when I asked him how is it possible that only last week it said September 15, 2017 he responded that it's due to the "backlog" / ..my PD is 9/15...so I take it that I'm **** out of luck....just missed it it seems like.....just hoping I won't have to wait those extra 2 months if it goes right back to July 4's cases /...Anybody else have papers in the National Benefits Center (Lee's Summit, MO)?????

So guess what I found in the mailbox today...EAD approval ))) it says it was sent on 12/7 so when I raised my SR and spoke to the officer it was already on it's way ;o) excited for my EAD to arrive.....got little bit confused with the instruction on the actual approval notice....is the EAD itself enough to start working or do I need a visa to accompany it with....my visa expired in september so the only thing I have to show if anybody asks is the I-797C for my I-495 and I-130...hoping that's enough...

Congrats!. EAD card (which usually comes within a week after the EAD approval notice) and SSN are all you need to start working. Apply for an SSN if you don't have one by going to the nearest SSA with your EAD card and passport.

Congrats. I hope more of us get such good mail in the mailbox before the end of this week. EAD is enough to work, you don't need a visa.

EAD delay!

Hi Guys! I've been following this forum and it is awsome.
This is my timeline
Package sent: 30th august
Received by USCIS: 5th September
Biometrics: 2nd Octobre
Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview: 17th October

Since then no EAD or Update...

Any September fillers?

I have been following this thread for couple weeks, it has been a huge help since this process can be so tedious.

Received by USCIS: 09/01/2017
Received rejection letter: 09/09/2017 (due to them receiving the old version of the I-485 even though I sent it in before 8/26/2017)
Resent package: 09/09/2017
Received by USCIS: 09/12/2017
Biometrics: 10/10/2017
Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview: 10/18/2017
EAD approval notice received: 11/21/2017
EAD card received: 11/28/2017
USCIS case status online has not changed

Online SR

I'm trying to raise an online SR for my I-131 application, since its past 90 days now(PD 9/15). But once I hit the submit button it gives the message saying that my application is within processing times and and SR may not be created. Did the rest of you guys try calling in to raise a SR?

Funny thing is I was able to raise an SR for my I-765 application on around the 80th day and that went through, albeit they said they will respond by 12/27 and it still hasn't been assigned for processing.

I experienced same thing when I tried to raise online SR for my I-131 on 75th day. Since I have read here about how congressmen can help, I have asked congressman to assist. I received a mail from his office and I was asked to fill out a form and returned it. The form needed more information about my request. If nothing comes on my mail on Monday, I will fill it up and send it to the congressman's office.

I just checkout my congressman's house.gov website, and it has a section "Help with a federal agency". In there you can fill out a form with relevant information. I plan to fill that out, if I do not get anything by the end of next week.
