September Submissions - Concurrent Application (I-130,I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864)

Relax, some people wait over a month for this. Plus USCIS is really backlogged right now so everything will be slower than a few months ago.

I just got the email and text a little bit after mid-night. When I check my case status online, the page for I-485 only says they received the fingerprint fees for I-485, unlike other ones stating "we have received your Form ZZZ". What does that mean?

It just means that they received the forms. I am almost 4 months in and my cases states Case was Received and Fingerprint Fee was Received.

No, there is no filing fee if you are filing along with I-485.

No you pay the I130 fee ($535)
and I485 plus biometrics fee is ($1225)
The fee for I-765 plus I-131 is waived when filing for AOS

I have got 3 texts and 3 emails at 1:34 am on Tuesday. but why 3? I have seen many got 4 Texts and 4 emails. what does this mean?

Did you file 4 different applications/petitions? I485,I130,I131,I765?
If you did and you put the receipt numbers in your MyUSCIS which of those 4 is missing ?

i applied for 3. actually everyone is getting 4 notifications that's why i was curious. thanks a lot

Hey the I-131 Is for Advance Parole, or traveling privileges. When applied with I765 both are issued as a combo card. Read the I-765 receipt and see if details are included for I131. Either ways, it wasn't paid so financial loss. Hopefully, it was accounted for. Also , check for this on the online updates.

You can still apply for it just fill the form out attach all the required documents and attach a copy of you pending AOS application so NOA for i485.
Its free so why not and when you do have an emergency its handy and usually costs a couple hundred dollars .

Timeline so far

09/01 - Packet sent in
09/06 - SMS and emails received
09/12 - Receipts recieved in mail
09/14 - Bio metrics appointment letter received
09/26 - Bio done

Now the waiting game begins

I have received my biometrics appoinment notice from USCIS but when checking the address , its actually incorrect. Is it possible such i portant document, they made a mistake?? USCIS support center in Atlanta is at Collier road, but my appoitment letter is sending me to Chamblee Tucker Rd. Which i found is an address for Big lots.
Im totaly confused, it must be an error. Where do i go. Havent had a chance to call USCIS yet.

That must be a mistake , yea very odd . Just cal the hotline and they will correct it.
But what I would do is if you have the time just go to the normal ASC and have your fingerprints taken. I dont think that the address matters much the only thing they use is the barcodes.
Try a walk in and there are officers that can help you
