Looking at other peoples timeline from July and August fillers they get status update to ready to be scheduled for interview around two months after PD and like one month after BIO but this is just an observation. Sometimes they never update but looking at case tracker they update most cases with next status when they are done with the file at NBC and that estimate is only for people without an RFE. Good luck to us no RFEs is the most important thing for now since that will reset the PD for EAD to ZERO

Did you receive a N797 as yet? You should be receiving something any day now!
I filed a I130 at the TX office 02/13/17, I didn't file the I485 concurrently.
I just submitted the other docs (i485, i131, i765) 10/10/17.
I am wondering if my PD 02/13/17 from i130 will still stand or if I will have to wait based on a new PD date? What do you guys think?I130 PD: 02/13/17-- approval 09/07/17
I485 PD: 02/13/17
I131, I765 PD: 10/12/17
Biometrics scheduled 11/06/17--walked in 10/30/17
SR: 01/02/18- still waiting for response
Contacted Ombudsman:03/13/18
Ombudsman Response: 03/21/18
RFE: 03/23/18

really depends on where you are filing from . If you get lucky you get the interview appointment after 3-4 months . But yes expect a 6-9 months wait everything after that is bad luck

Friday the 13th and i have a little update...i got a letter in the mail from USCIS today, yellow..and i already knew yellow paper is bad news...but its not in my case. Its a NOTICE TO THE APPLICANT, informing me , that i didnt include my medical form ( which im of course aware of, i intentionally didnt) and telling me basically not to do anything at this time, just wait if they invite me for an interview (which i NOW know thx to MUSTANG, that they will, as I arrived on J 1 visa) to bring it there or in no interview, they will send me a request for evidence. Thanks to this forum i knew , they sent this letter to ppl, that didnt include the medical, its just a standard step, im happy no REF came (assuming theyd send it together). Grateful i know ahead about things thanks to this amazing outlet!! Thats all for now.Last edited by Dreamerdancer42; 10-13-2017, 05:10 PM.

Here the source for the interview requirements/waiver

•Fiancé(e)s of U.S. citizens who married within 90 days, and their children;

•Unmarried children (under age 14) of lawful permanent residents.
