About to send my package
Hi team,
I plan on sending my package (hopefully tomorrow), just currently making sure i have everything.
So far completed
i 485, i 130, i 130A, i 131, i 864, i 765, i693 (sealed), G 1145 forms
Copy of marriage certificate
Copy of myself and petitioners birth certificate, passport bio page and my b1/b2 visa page, drivers licenses
8 passport photos of myself, 2 of petitioner
Petitioners most recent tax return and copies of pay slips (she does not have any w2's as we spent the entire year in Australia and only worked over there)
4 pages of photographic evidence of our relationship
3 affidavits from family and friends confirming our bonofide relationship/marriage
copies of our joint bank account statement, joint car insurance
copy of my i94
3 money orders for the i485, i130 and bimetric appointment
I just have a couple of questions
1. Is there anything else anyone would suggest I include?
2. I plan on sending these in the one overall package but each form in a separate folder, Should i do my best to separate the supporting documentation into the relevant sub folders?
3. With regards to the G1145 form, Do I need 1 per filing form (ie 485, 130 etc) or 1 for the overall package? That flows into my next question copies of my passport page, marriage certificate etc should I get a seperate copy for EACH form i am sending or just 1 for the overall package?
I apologise if this information has already been mentioned somewhere else in the forum, if so please just direct me.
Look forwards to your responses, Thank you

1. If you lived overseas and don't have any tax returns from recent years from IRS then don't bother sending anything it won't count. You need to send pay slips and proof of employment from current job that will be 125 % over poverty guidelines.
2.I would not send the binders but its up to you. For me I wanted to send it in a usps flatrate envelope and so just had a cover letter and separated each form with a letter indicating what form is coming and whats in it.
3. I had one for each form. Would recommend that.
4.Copies for each form

[QUOTE=Walbrzyszanka21;522350]I used these for every form
Yes those are nice but you have to do the holes on the top !
I just used big/small binder clips also to hold each application together and one large one to hold the whole package together.
Cheap at walmart !

Spouse of greencard holder wants to visit me at christmas
Hi everyone
my husband is a doctor in uk and wants to visit me in the US. I am a full time student at the moment and living with my sister. I immigrated as a single status before i later got married. My husband does not want to live in the US only visit. How can we apply such that he will not be denied. My husband's sister will write a letter of invitation or should i do that (I am not working nor do i have have an apartment of my own) or should he apply without telling them he is married to me and am in the US?
