Hi You need to calculate your household size first then look at the I864p. You do not need to add the $4180 which just explains the table. Do you have kids? if your household size is 3 it should be $25,525. if your sponsor is on active duty then it should be $20,420.Originally posted by sterai79 View PostPD: 08/30/2017

As long as uou get it out as soon as possible and make sure you go above and beyond for whats required it will maybe delay your application by a couple weeks depending how fast they review your RFEOriginally posted by sterai79 View PostComment

If Fedex tracker shows that my RFIE response was delivered to USCIS 2 weeks ago.... yet there is no update on my online case statues (it still stays that an RFE was mailed out to ME).. should I be worried that it was not actually delivered and there is some sort of mistake?Comment

For your spouse just add the recent year tax return it doesn't really matter what was earned there it counts what he/she makes now this year. This you can proof with paystubs for past months and letter of employment.
Just go on IRS website and get the tax return transcript that way nothing else is needed. Much easier no W2 or 1040.
You need to get a cosponsor and make him file a i864a and he should also submit the tax transcript of last year and his letter of employment and paystubs.
