Yes on my 75 day today so I think might see a wave of approvals from next week. 500 cases before me out of 100 EAD applications about 30 have already changed to new card in production with the same PD (09/05)

Lol yes old time mustang 1968 , best car ever if its broken you fix it yourself no technology required. Growing up in germany we had lots of american movies and they looked so cool as a child to me and I always wanted one so yes😄

@mcsweeney : mine still says fingerprint fee received too. It could be background checks, lazy CO who forgot to update or file in line to be reviewed by CO after background checks come back. Only way to find out is talk to level two officer somehow

Have seen on other forum august fillers after 130 days get status change ready to schedule for interview so it can take a good 2 months after BIO , dont fret about it. Usually once EAD/AP comes through things start moving.

Sweet. Yer I figured focus on the EAD first then deal with that after. Like you should said, it should all start falling into place over the next month and if it doesnt then probe into it.

Exactly its no problem if AOS is 3-4 months and to go to your Congressman or Senators office for them to inquire about your I-485 status they get special status information and at the same time push things along . But this I would do a few weeks or month after EAD received and if its still at fingerprint fee received

My I-485 is in “Fingerprint fee was received ” too. I can worry about it later lol. The EAD card was scheduled to be delivered on Monday. Finally no more H1B for me! And I am gonna apply any jobs I want ! No H1B constraints anymore!

Thats why i didnt even apply for it , they call it the h1b slave visa for a reason lol . Much better off on EAD . free from the shackles

Question Mustang, My i485 still says fingerprint fee received while 90% before and after my number say case rewdy to be scheduked for interview. Cause for concern or likely a case officier that isn't keeping my info up to date?

Its called the case tracker..but make sure its the one from USCIS website..you can tell m which app is the real one, by likes..the real USCIS has the most...i dont know , how to put a screen shot in this reply...

Mine is the same
On the app it says 'IP address locked out temporarily due to too many attempts'
and the website says 'validation error, resource key 1422 not found'

Im guessing it just a bug in the system itll sort itself out over the next few days

No haha this is because you have checked to many cases on the tracker so it blocks your IP for a day or two . Its because the case tracker works very primitive in a way that its not an official app actually although it does look that way but it uses a quick method with a nice interface to pull out every single case after another. And since its so fast you can easily do thousands of them in a very short amount of time so USCIS blocks you temporarily to preven people doing DDOS attacks (basically to many people trying to access a particular service which would crash or slow down the website) . An easy way to get around it is connect to a different wifi or go on your 3g or go to the app store and get VPN which gives you a different IP address .

Also it will block you out of your computer or tablet even if you checked the cases on your phone its the network that matters so if you would take your phone or computer to starbucks it would all **** *ally work again aha .

Ahh also restarting your wifi modem would do the trick .
