Good luck! Im sure youll get yours soon! We all have vey similar timelines. Joking aside, I have to admit, I am extremely grateful, that my case is moving, first, when it got accepted, I was scared to death, since I had no lawyer, that I might have made a mistake, went over and corrected the forms like 20x, before finaly sending it all in and hoping for the best. I was exstatic , when shortly after I got my receipts and biometrics appoitment letter... I felt like, that all ment, that I was right and am eligible to adjust, that my years approved petition was still valid (i made sure of it, but you always have doubts), my J1 visa was not a problem , i havent even gotten any requests for initial or additional evidence, which im still pleasently surprised by and basically now I feel the final step is to prove our marriage is legitimate. Which I feel good about, because of course we are a real couple/family. Im excited about this journey&opportunity and grateful ive learned so much about this proccess thx to you all here and your knowledge! Good luck to us all , 2018 will be a great year for us and positive changes are coming ! ❤️

✔️ 9/7/17 ** sent my I 485 I 765
✔️ 9/11/17 ** got signed for By Chyba in Chicago
✔️ 9/21/17 ** received 2 Notices of receipts along with Biometrics appoinment letter (3 envelopes total)
✔️10/6/17 **completed biometrics appoinment
✔️10/13/17 **received "notice to applicant" letter informing me , to bring my medical form to my interview or wait for "req. for ev."
✔️10/18/17 **my online status changed from "we accepted your fingerprint fee" to "we are ready to schedule your case for an interview, we will send you a letter with interview date"
✔️11/17/17 ** got approved for employment authorization
✔️11/25/17 ** received approval notice and EAD card in the mail. ( my I 765 status online never updated , it is still on “case received”)

Renewing DL question

Hi all... does anyone have an experience for how long and what the fee is renewing DL in Georgia with the EAD card? I just called them, they surprised me saying its for 8 years $32, because when i went to renew with my notice of action only, they said its only for 4 months and $50! I left, because it seemed like waste of money for such a short time, she told me to wait for my GC. But now, when i asked about me going with the EAD card apparently itll be valid for 8 years. Which is great, i just hope shes right, dont want to wait in line for forever and than them telling me something else.

Congrats for the ones who received their EAD. Recently, I requested SR by the phone, then on the case status in the website, not on the app. they updated it with this:

On December 1, 2017, your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD########MSC, was completed.

On December 1, 2017, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD#######MSC.


On December 1, 2017, your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD#####MSC, was assigned to an officer for response.

What does that mean, and which one of them is the first one, what's the order::and usually, how long does it take them to respond to me........
This is my first time ever to apply for SR. Please help::::::::::::;

sent my request on wednesday..this popped up this afternoon by 4pm.
today makes it my 78 days..jus got one update..

I see I called Tuesday, and just checked the website today, it shown the 3 letters as i submitted earlier.

Its only in shown when I checked the actual USCIS case status, not on the other apps,
its still case was received, but down in the details bar showed that.
