I know that this is Sep. but I requested the expedite due to financial hardship, also, Oct filler people are so quite.

I understand Dmike but you are kind of hijacking all the threads with your posts. I already said there are many people on this forum with expedite that waited for weeks still . All you can do is wait. You went above and beyond what anyone would do after only two months of waiting .
This thread is for september fillers. Its ok to make comments and stuff but to keep everyone up to date with your progress please post in the october filler post.

Congrats. Please when is your PD. Mine is 9/19/2017, but I have not seen any update. I raised SR online on the 75th day. It is yet to be assigned. Seems like I'm going crazy.

MUSTANG... keeping it real!! And our HOME for sept people clean of clutter, i love it!! Truth is, i check on here in hopes to hear , who will receive the first interview notice were all sitting still, waiting to see, how our stories will unfold.. happy holidays all!!����

9/27- Package received (via text)
10/7- NOA in the mail
10/23- Biometrics
10/25- Request for initial evidence (apparently they can't find our copy of marriage cert, which I'm 101% sure it was in the package as I've made a photocopy of every single papers sent)
11/1- Mailed them back the said request of paper
11/03- Paper received by USCIS

No word, letters yet. Prayerfully and hoping for my EAP at least to come this month so I can drive and work.

Yeah, too many topics, lets focus on our next steps. Looks like most of us have the work permits, which is great and I think, were moving fast! So by the end of this year is my guess✌️🤔

Yes depending when you filed in september. I filed at the beginning. But if you filed towards the end then you might hear now mid december...

Yes you should also raise SR for EAD if you already can

Here is my timeline to help you out. It does not appear that my case "reset" to the date that my RFE response was received.

August 7th 2017 - I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent to USCIS (Chicago Lockbox)
August 8th 2017 - Delivery via Fedex
August 14th 2017 - E-notification of receipt of all applications, checks cashed
August 21st 2017 - Mail receipt received for all applications (PD of Aug 8th 2017)
August 25th 2017 - Biometrics appointment notice received in mail
September 5th 2017 - Biometrics completed
September 9th 2017 - Request for Initial Evidence received in mail (regarding form I-864 as part of I-485)
October 4th 2017 - RFIE documents sent (Lee Summit, MO)
October 5th 2017 - Delivered via Fedex
October 6th 2017 - RFIE "received" and under review by USCIS (although this wasn't update online until Oct 18th)
October 18th 2017 - Case ready to be scheduled for an interview (although this wasn't updated online until Oct 20th)
October 23rd 2017 - Put a service request in over the phone for my 765/EAD application (77th day from original PD)
November 1st 2017 - New EAD card in production
November 2nd 2017 - Interview scheduled for December 12th 2017

dis timeline gave me hope...because of my RFIE...i give praises to God
