      • Interview on 31th / nothing about GC yet

Hey guys! Nothing about the GC yet too, I had received a RFE after is, witch one I already answered (2 weeks by now). I?m thinking to contact the Congressman.
        Some experiences with this case?
        Thanks

It seems like I'm experiencing a similar situation regarding my case (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131). I live in Baltimore so it probably doesn't help you in terms of action but I wanted to share my timeline so you don't feel alone at this point!

I started my application beginning of September filing from Baltimore and we haven't heard anything since Oct, 5:

09/06 - FEDEX sent to Chicago
09/08 - Application received by USCIS Chicago
09/13 - Electronic notice of application
09/15 - Notice of application in mail
09/22 - Notice of appointment for biometrics
10/05 - Appointment to USCIS for biometrics

I also filed e-requests regarding my EAD that haven't been answered and when I called back in January, they only told me that my applications were being processed according to the pile of applications they receive and nothing since.

It seems like most people get there EAD pretty quickly (within the 90 days of application) and I can't explain why it isn't our case.
I hope it helps you a bit even if it doesn't give you practical information on how to get things moving again...

          Good luck with your case!
Thank you! This is really reassuring in that I'm not alone and that they didn't just misplace all my forms in some place lost...
Good luck with yours as well!

It was asking for mor evidence, I went to a Infopass yesterday and they said that the officer just received my files back and will work on our case.
I also contacted the Congressman. I believe is valid you schedule a Infopass to see what?s going on!
              I will keep updating..

I?m sorry, forgot to answered, I?m filing from San Diego / CA.

Infopass is an appointment that you talk directly with an immigration officer.
They have more access on your case than by the phone.

                    • Congrats to kaatti! Just to give everyone a point of reference, those two field offices have these processing times:
                      -----------------------50%---------50%---------
Pittsburgh, PA 4.5 months 18.5 months
San Diego, CA 5.5 months 17.5 months

The only office that's faster than Pittsburgh is
Cleveland, OH. 4.0 months 11.5 months

                      • I only recieved 3 notifications

Hi everyone. Applied for GC on september 2017. Receieved EAD only and receipts for i485, i130 and i765. My question is, Am I suppose to receieve 4 receipt? Everyone got 4 and I have only 3. I also dont have travel document. I applied for i131 when I was sending my package. Am I missing receipt for i131 and i864? I also sent 2 checks $1225 and $535. Please help me about this. Thank you

                        • Congrats on the approval.

I am still sitting duck at 7 and a half months nearly. Tucson office is 8 to 14 so we will see.
Its weird because before it said 7 and a half now its 8 to 14.
I got an info pass tomorrow to see where I am at.

                                That's fantastic! Congratulations! Celebrate!
                                Two pieces of unsolicited advice:
                                - Please start collecting evidence for your I-751 Removal of conditions. Instructions state "Submit copies of as many documents as you can to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date".
                                - Do not delay applying for naturalization at the 3 year minus 90 days mark. It will speed up processing of your I-751.

                                Best of luck!
