We applied 8th may for aos/ead/ap. Receipt date was 12th may. My h1b expires at end of September and my wife can't renew her driving license without ead card in Michigan. Should I apply for h1b extension for the 8th year. Already got a 7th year extension. It's been 120 days since filing. Our case got moved from Nebraska to national benefits center 3 weeks ago. I thought I would have heard something by now. Anyone else with similar timelines?
