May submission, no update since bio, worried

Hi Everyone,

My wife and I have the time line below:
we are in NYC

PD: 5/11/2017
BIO: 6/9/2017
SR: 8/23 - we called the same day and officer over the phone said to wait.
Update on SR : 9/6 - Letter saying that the case is still pending...

Last update on USCIS website is :As of August 14, 2017, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice.

We sent a letter to our congressman last week and Monday 9/11 it will be 4 months...

We are very worried and I am desperate to start working. I had to refuse a job offer because I am still waiting for the EAD...

Is anyone in the same situation from New York?

Same situation here, from NYC as well. PD: 5/16.

A lot of people are in the same situation. They have been waiting for over 100 days for EAD.

However, if you are in need to work asap I suggest you apply to expedite your EAD. You can find how to do so on here or online. I see a lot of people are doing that. The Congress man/women is also of great help especially on expediting.

Finally today I received the mail saying that My Card is in production

A lot of people are in the same situation. They have been waiting for over 100 days for EAD.

My PD is 6/5 and I am on my 98th day. I submitted a case inquiry 9/2 and the e-mail said that I will receive a response by 9/24. Fingers crossed that I will get a good update. I honestly have not seen anything change online.

Hi ! Congrats!!!!!

My lawyer received the approval notices for Employment and Travel authorizations but not me yet. SO HAPPY !How can I check if my EAD card is in production ? Only by mail? No updates on the case online . Hopefully I will get my card soon!

When i got the email also they updated and online as well ... ( Im sorry it was a email- not mail)
