Hello all,
My wife came here through a K-1 Fiancee visa, we got married within the 90 days and followed all the other policies and rules of USCIS, etc...
She now has an interview coming up soon for form I-485. We gathered everything they are asking for in the NOA, however, do we get interviewed together in the same room? Separately? If she goes in separately, I will need to get her an interpreter, since they won't accept me to be the interpreter, correct? Her English is Okay, but I don't think she can handle the difficult questions.
If you or somebody you know came to the U.S through a K-1, then went for the Green Card interview, I would appreciate if you could share some of your experience as it will help us.
