Finally the day come!!

Hello Everyone.
I was the regular member in that site that is really helpful to gather updated immigration information in last more than a year.

After a lots of stressful events Finally I have got my expected result !!

My summary is :

PD : 31st May 2016.
Interview :10July 22017
Approved and notification of card is being processed: 11Sep2017.

Still now I didn't get card on my had however, I am so happy and thanks to God for such blessing.

Please keep patience and the good day is on the way for sure.

Oh at last. I have been waiting on your jubilation message here since after your interview and was subjected to a review. So I have a question for you.
After you got the RFE and send them the response of RFE , did you know if they came to check you guys at where you living? Cos some peidle said they used to do that in Minnesota?

Pretty sure they check where you live, there was this time that i came back home and some extremely white guy blonde hair in a suit was coming out of the appartment and asked me if i live at apartment 14 and i said yea and he said the landlord sent him to check the cables or something and asked me if he could come in(my family was inside so i doubt he knoc the door, apparently he was waiting for me to show up), i went in and he wanted to come in too but i told him to wait and called my mother in law and she let him in them at the **** *** before he checked anything the dog was barking alot so he ran away to the door, we asked the landlord if he sent anyone to check anything and he said no, so yea it was probably them cheking if me and wife rly love together, the interview was super fast less tham 10min so they were convinced since the begining that ours was real.

To answer of your question. I had heard that too they might visit home. However, that didn't happen with us.. Not sure if they came outside to see though .

It might happen I guess. We live in house. SO its super easy to check from neighbors. Even if they visited to check if we live it or not its not unusual I guess. However, I didn't heard anything from neighbors . One day I felt someone is following parking a car next to our house. I was working probably into my garden. It might be my imagination though.

Whatever, just should be prepared for anything unexpected visit for safety.

Just FYI: it was not so smooth honestly.

First they sent a letter of RFE after 4 days after interview.

It needed a month to prepared that as I needed to bring that my home country.

Secondly when my attorney sent this they sent another letter to ask my updated medical. Even though we submitted however they sent that. That was super weird. Then my attorney communicated with the uscis personnel to ask if they really missed that!! then they responded that they found it..Whenever they got that they approved I 130. After three stressful days (two days at weekend too waiting time) finally they updated online that new card is being produced..... and later may be in couple of hours they updated i485 approved!! the best news ever I received..

This experience might help anyone to understand my path of getting card confirmation. Still waiting to receive this physically though.

I must would add one more thing that I have experienced.

Pleas keep the updated medical with you during interview if its more that a year than your PD date. That will save time to corresponds with RFE.

Yesterday i have received the physical Green Card after a long battle. However, it was awesome experience when I have got it. Litereally my journey is done here.
