My husband is 65yrs I am 30years we have a son together 15months old married feb 2016 filed April 2016 interview was Dec 2016 no greencard yet case outside normal processing time, contacted senator was told to wait that it's under review and would hear from them in 90days. Its over 90days now, no update on I485 & I130 still on case received not approved. My I485 still on interview is scheduled. 9months after interview went for 3 infopass was told there is nothing wrong with my case but to wait. It's 17 months after filing, 9 months after interview. Please I want someone with similar experience to kindly give me an advice.
