  • immigration visited my house! help please

I went to work for 10am to 10pm shift and I was told one man and woman came to the house Sunday evening around 5pm asking after me and my husband told them I went to work and they turned back immediately at the door. Can they still come back? It's been 9months after interview and no response

They will most likely not come back. They most likely saw for themselves all they wanted to see and asked your neighbors about you two to make sure you and hubby stay together and married. If you are really married you have nothing to be worried about.

"Default can restraining order from husband affects green card?
My husband and I had a fight and he called the cops on me and I got a restraining order but his petition was denied because he lied and now my greencard is pending for 9 months. Please advise me"

Maybe this is the reason. And also you are from Ghana so many red flags.

Well here is where I think the red flags are coming from: based on her posts she is married to a man that is 30 years older than her and they have a 15 month old baby. Apparently, they had a fight, her husband put a restraining order on her but it was denied because he lied. She is in the process for AOS for 9 months.

In all honesty, I too would send USCIS officers to check in on this couple. Sorry but her situation does raise red flags.

I hear that. Now I see why. But nevertheless, they will give her soon. I pray for her
