Received NVC welcome letter BUT I am living in the US
Hi everyone,
My I-30 is approved and my PD will be current in coming OCT ( my PD is July 19th 2016, F2A category). Today I got an email from NVC to apply for visa and interview in one of the US embassies.
I want to file my AOS next month, should I call NVC or USCIS and tell them I am in the US? Or should I ignore the NVC letter and file the AOS next month?
P.S. I searched alot I didnt find my answer in the forum
