Filed i485 in 28 June, 2016,
Biometrics in July 2016
EAD approved Aug 2016.
Ready to be scheduled for an interview update online since August 15th 2016.

Steps taken,
Contacted USCIS, applied for service request, May 24, 2017.

Anyone with other useful information or what to do, kindly share. it is frustrating.

I have done several SR, made infopass, only to find out that was suppose to appear for interview in March 6, 2017. I did not receive any notice, no email, no text and no online update. The tier 2 officer told me there is an administrative error and USCIS field office in New Orleans will reschedule my interview. I am waiting for them to reschedule the interview since I find out about the error.
It is frustrating.
