Hi folks, please does anyone know the best check to issue for filing I-485 fees? Is cashier check okay? Or should it be a personal check? Again in whose name will it be drawn ? I need to be sure before going to bank. Thanks guys.You all are so wonderful.

Personal check is best because then you have an idea of when they cashed it. All of the directions are in the I-485 instructions where it states to whom to write the check for. I know the instructions are lengthy but since this is such an important process, I would say read them all and read them thoroughly.Originally posted by Freerising View PostForms sent 6/2
